SEMI AUTO HAND SPRAYER

The Manufal Knapsack sprayer model HFI87 is recommended for the application of pesticides in general (herbicides, insectices, fungicides, etc.) It is particularly suited for use on small farms, gardens, nurseries, poultry sheds, animals, etc. The stainless steel tank is impact and corrosion resistant. The pressure mechanism, made up of cylinder, piston, valves and pressure chamber, is manufactured in brass, a material having proven resistance to the action of agricultural chemicals. The joints of tank are welded with cooper wire instead of silver, the cooper welding wire is imported from USA.

OPERATION

First set the pressure relief valve. Unscrew to reduce pressure. If the sprayer does not function satisfactory, check that the filter in the trigger valve is not blocked. Should it be necessary to clean the pump valves, care should be taken.

AFTER CARE

Wash the container after use with wead soap solution.
Unscrew the nozzle from lance tube and pump through until you are sure that all traces of spraying solution are removed. Tinse and finally spray through with clean water. – Clean the pressure chamber and lubricate the gasket with oil.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

Check that the hole from container into the pump is not blocked.
Examine relief valve and ensure it is correctly set.
Check that the Nozzle and the filter is not blocked.
Operating Lever excessively stiff or immovable.
